SHIPPING

We process all orders within 48 hours after receiving full payment.

• Delivery to the United Kingdom 7-20 days. (Covid-19 Delays)

• Delivery to the Rest of the World 20-40 days depending on your location.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Notice:- Due to the changing conditions of this global event, shipping times may be delayed for some items. We hope you understand during this time as our team and courier work to deliver your package as soon as possible.

Some countries will charge the buyer duties or taxes on international packages at the point of delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. Most countries do not collect taxes on small parcels, while countries in Europe have far more strict policies. In general most of our customers do not have to pay any customs or duty charges.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are always here to help. You can exchange or get a full refund 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened  and unused items. We want to make all our customers happy. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping when the product is not defective.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a strong 30 day return policy upon receiving your item(s).  You may return the item only within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. Please note buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.

After 30 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.  If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at info@bossly.co.uk and let us know. We want to make sure your buying experience remains pristine.

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to info@bossly.co.uk within 30 days upon receiving the item.  After 30 days we will NOT be able to refund any items.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@bossly.co.uk. If the case is deemed valid, Bossly will cover related cost to reimburse.

Modifications on Orders

You are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 2 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled.
